go to your qeustion when your logged in as urself and hit the blue button under the answer that says choose as best answer, the buttons appear after a set amount of time or so many answers.

you get an email saying you have X amount of time to choose best answer and you click the link and choose it

four hours after you post the question, if you go back to your question, there will be the option under each question to pick it for best answer {you can only pick one best answer.} then, once you click that, it will take you to another page where you rate it from 1-5 stars and put feedback to the person who wrote the best answer.
