HDMI cord help please????

Question

i have a 1080p tv with an hdmi cord plugged from the tv to my xbox elite and im thinking about buying a ps3. can i just unplug it from the back of the xbox and plug it in the ps3 and everything works or?????

i just dont wanna spend money on a new cord.

Yes, its the same input on the tv just a different device sending signals to the input. The tv doesn't care what the other end is hooked to.

You can use the same cable, no problem.

But it'd be easier if you just got a HDMI switch and a few extra cables.

Yes.. that will work just fine....you can get a switch and another cable to prevent from doing that though....
