Help with designing a Taylor Swift tshirt please and quote?

Okay so I want to use this picture on the tshirt.

Is it illegal to do or is it okay? I am not going to sell it or anything I am going to keep it and send it to Taylor Swift to get it autographed. Also if you have any other cute pictures of Taylor Swift, they are welcome. I am looking for a good Taylor Swift quote to put on the tshirt too. Maybe a song lyric or line. :) Thanks for all the help.

It would be illegal to sell but I assume it is okay. But you should mention to her it's for your wear and you will not sell it online or something because of the copyrighted picture. That's what I think. But that is a cute picture! :)
