Call of Duty World at War help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Question

Ok, so I have every single entire trophy in order to get the platinum (all veteran complete, and all side-missions besides for map packs) but by some 4ucked up chance, I never got the gold one when you beat the game on veteran. So now I would like to get a game save online because THIS IS OUTRIGHT BULLCHIT. buuut, if I were to get a 100% game save will I get the trophies!??! What if I get a 99$ complete and beat one more level? If so, does anyone know any sites where I can get any? If you do, PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MOVE THE GAME SAVE ONTO MY PS3, I HAVE NO IDEA!
