With all the things life throws at you what kind of protective gear should we be wearing ?

    The armor of God. And a really good sense of humor!

    If you're going to freak out about what life throws at you, then you might as well dig a bunker.

    Best to put on your running shoes and keep ahead of the debris...it's harder to hit a moving target...remember to zig zag!!

    Body armor made out of Teflon. That way nothing will stick.

    none. your body should be tough and strong. the only protective gear I would ever use would be a seat belt

    Haha, believe me, no protective armour is enough. Except maybe a veryy strong alcohol.
