Favourite Female singer/female lead in a band?

I just looked at a list from a radio station outlining the top 100 songs of all time (chosen by the listeners). There were hardly any women (practically none with the exception of backing vocals) in this list.

So who is your favourite FEMALE singer or female lead in a band of all time and your favourite song that she/they perform?

MINE: Tie for first with Tori Amos - Jackie's strength, Goldfrapp - Utopia, Madonna - La Isla Bonita
