Can I get refunded for the insurance that I have on my phone?

I have had the asurion insurance on my tmobile handset for a while and never used it i just tried using it when i lost my phone and they denied my claim is there any way that i can get refunded for all the insurance i have been paying since it was obviously pointless to have

Did they say why they denied your claim? Is the policy still active? If the polassuringno longer active, the you cannot make a claim. You can only make a claim against active policies. If the policy is still active, then they should not deny your claim. You should call them back and find out why the claim was denied.

You cannot get a refund for premiums that you paid.
