Tecnicaly yes you can link to whatever you want on your website. If the file is illegal it still shudnt matter as long as yor not hosting the file

You can post your links in the following sites (any links like those of rapidshare, hotfile, megaupload or anything):

http://www.projectw.org/

http://www.forumw.org/

http://www.rapidlibrary.com/

To post your links in the above two sites you have to create you account in those sites and then post them.
