How do you charge a Nikon camera without the charger?

i have a nikon coolpix

and the battery is lithium 3.7V

you could use a multi out power supply, but my guess is you dont have one. in case you do, tune it to 5.6 volts at 1.00 amps. and connect the batteries ( + ) and ( - ) to the red and black connectors.

otherwise you cant.

You can't.

Charger is needed to to recharge the battery. Unlike some mobile phones and portable music players, you can't charge it using USB.
