"I do enjoy knitting patterns..."?

Was that part of Half Blood Prince in the book? It sounds vaguely familiar, but I'm not completely sure. I haven't read the book in a while.

Dumbledore said this in the beginning of the book. Chapter 4, Page 73 of the American version. Its when Dumbledore takes Harry to try and persuade Slughorn to return to Hogwarts and disappears off to the bathroom returning much later.

    Here's the entry:

Dumbledore reentered the room and Slughorn jumped as though he had forgotten he was in the house.

"Oh there you are, Albus." he said. "You've been a very long time. Upset stomach?"

"No, I was merely reading the Muggle magazines," said Dumbledore. "I do love knitting patterns. Well Harry, we have trespassed upon Horace's hospitality quite long enough; I think it is time for us to leave."
