Megaupload downloads, Help?

Question

Whenever I try to download from megaupload it only downloads 16KB even though the file might be 100MB, once or twice I've gotten a message about an error in my temp folder but i dont know what to do? I asked the people on megaupload support and their response was to download their download manager... hahaha I think they didn't understand when i said that I can't download more than 16kB. Does anyone know how to solve this?

try using skipscreen addon if ur using firefox.. maybe ur from another country? i heard MU is slower for other countries..
