I want to live in Costa Rica for a couple months.?

Question

I'm a web developer who is looking for a place to stay in Costa Rica. Maybe October and November. Ideally I would like to rent an apartment or small house with a full kitchen that sleeps two. My brother is coming with me.

These are the things that are important to me in this order.

Near some good surf preferably walking distance from the beach.

A decent Internet connection.

Walking or biking distance to a grocer store or the local farmers market.

Quite town with out tourists.

And that's about it. I don't need restaurants or night life.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Not too hard to find, but the "decent internet connection" might be an issue; these are known to be pretty iffy at the best of times, especially in rural CR, which you seem to prefer - which I understand.
