For MOS wise, if you're active duty go for something intel or language related followed by military police. However, you will still need a bachelor's degree, if you're not an officer. Go for a graduate degree too.

None, NCIS special agents are all civilians.

You will need a BS Degree,

in something like Accounting, contracting, computer science, etc,

A graduate degree is prefered and several years experience in the work force.
