How to make a game(code it and everything)?

Hello i recently found out there is know way i can modifiy a game for it to be multiplayer.So here is my new question i need to know how do i make a game.Well what im asking for websites on making games like a website to code a game and graphics physics everything i need to make a driving simulator.I have plenty of time i just cant find the websites so if someone could post websites on coding physics and making it multiplayer that would be great.
