math problem help please?

a country's population in1992 was 83 million. In 1996 it was 88 million. Estimate the population in 2013 and using the exponentional growth formula. Round your answer to the nearest million.

    I believe it would be 109 million but i'm not completely sure cause i did the question in like 20 seconds lol. Every 4 years, 5 million more people populate the country. 1996-2013 is 17 years. Divide that by 4, and you get 4.25. Multiply that by 5 (million more people) and you'll get 109.25 million. Hope this helps :)
