my computer isnt loading?

hi guys, a few month's ago i cleaned out my computer and forced out some viruses. and right after that i restarted my computer and when I did, nothing was loading up but only the background. not even the task bar is loading, i cant even right click the only thing i can do is task manager. i left my computer alone for a month or so and it still isn't loading up, so what's going on with it?

It's obvious that your windows can't start Win Explorer, so I think that you still have some viruses or trojans somewhere in you start up procedures.

Anyway, if you can use task manager, select "New Task", then write "Explorer.exe", Enter

If that started your Explorer, then your computer is still infected.

If not, then you need to repair your OS, or Better, get anew one ...
