If you want to be a LEGAL American citizen, why would you wish to keep your other citizenship? See most wish to have it both ways.

No way for you to get a SS# or become naturalized. You are here illegally. The only way to gain legal status is to return to your home country and apply to come back legally. If you leave before you turn 18 1/2,you will not be penalized for being here illegally because you were a minor. If you do not return by that age,you are making the choice as an adult to ignore our immigration laws. You will then be subject to deportation and ban on returning. Your parents did you no favors by making you a criminal.

USCIS will not ask you to renunciate your old citizenship. Because USA allow dual citizenship.

...but yes the country from which originally you are can or cannot allow to take you another citizenship if they dont allow dual citizenship. e.g., Malaysia, China, Denmark, Japan, Singapore and India.

In such case you have to give up your old citizenship.

But for sure USCIS will not ask you to give up.

Many countries require them to do so, but not everyone can do so even it they wanted to. Some countries consider you a citizen based on your birth or the citizenship of your spouse or ancestry or even religion. So the status of your other nationality is not up to the US, but up to the other country. The US should continue to ignore dual nationality as much as possible.

Their was a question like this asked the other day. It was something like if you were an american and wanted citizenship in another country would you give up american one. All of them said no. Even if they moved and wanted to be a citizen some where else they would like to keep their American citizenship. So if Americans dont want to give up theirs...why would you want others from other countries to do so?

They shouldn't. The problem that many of use have is that our "former" government hasn't work hard enough to allow us to have dual nationality.

NO! but it's obvious that you want it that way.
