he是第三人稱單數，所以1先刪掉了。

satisfy的y前面不是母音，所以加ed的時候必須去y加i，所以2也刪掉。

從did看出題目是過去式，所以3也不選。

整句翻譯就是

「他的表現讓老師覺得滿意」

補充一下

句子裡的「What」就是「The thing which」的意思

所以跟後面的接起來看的話，What he did為S(主詞)，his teacher為O(受詞)，中間放的V(動詞)必須是satisfies或satisfied，選項沒有前者，所以選後者。
