The dreaded secretary spread and how to prevent it?

So my office has switched to 10 hour days, and I need advice on things to do at my desk to burn some extra calories. No one likes to have a big secretary butt! I exercise after work, at least 30 minutes high intensity cardio, but I'm not losing any weight, but at least I'm not gaining any... Anyway by the end of the 10 hour workday (10.5 if you include the lunch) I usually only have time for the 30 minutes, so I would appreciate any advice on calorie burning at the desk.
