What's a good price for a minivan?

I'm doing a summer project in which I have to start a company which will serve the greater good of the world. I came up with either microfinance, or starting a car company which will sell cheap cars. What's a good price for a family minivan which poorer (not my best choice of words) people can afford? I was thinking 15-20 thousand dollars. What do you think? Too low, too high? Can I go lower?

Update:

No, like I am making a car company. It's totally new...

It depends on the year of the car, mileage, what company?. If it is about 2005 and up, it is a good price. I think you should sale Japanese company car like Toyota or Honda. For example, the 2006 Sienna of Toyota, about 75,000 miles, and the price is about $12,000. But if it is a new car, it's good price.

That is what I think, but your choice.
