The only arrangement couples must make is to get a marriage license. In Arkansas, each individual must be over 18 years old to get married without parental consent. No blood test or waiting period is involved. The certificate forms may be filled out at any county courthouse in the state. Both need to be present with I. D.
Hours for the County Clerk's office in Harrison are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; except on holidays. 870-741-8428
Cost for a marriage license in Harrison is $53.00 cash only, correct change.
