The title of the album refers to its original catalogue number, not an American ZIP code (which is not in use).

You are correct about the origin of the title but 90125 IS actually a real zip code. It corresponds to a section of L.A., CA.

90125 is NOT an American zip code. L.A. zip codes start with 902, not 901.
