What is the best way to get motivated?

I would just like to know from your perspective, the steps which you take to allow yourself to be successful. What strategies do you use to motivate yourself?

    I wont let myself do anything else that i want to do until i do what i want to b motivated to do. So its do that, or not do anything haha
