Inconsistent use of condoms in porn films?

How come some actors wear condoms only when doing certain actresses even in the same scene?

For example, Jean Valjean in the movie Eden, was wearing a condom while doing Carmen Luvana but wasn't wearing one when he was doing Courtney Cummz during the same threesome scene.

All porn stars are required to get tested like every 3 months or so...and if they are found that they have and STD than they cant do films -- so they say...

there can be a number of reason why Jean Valjean chose to wear a condom with one girl and didnt with the other. I feel that it was an option of the girl, that she said that she prefers if the guys wear condoms while having sex. While the other chick said -- hey i dont care... yadda yadda yadda

they do give you options like that...

Usually it will be because one actress insisted upon condoms and another was okay without. Also, if one scene was directed by one director and another by another, that might differ in condom usage. For example, the gay film "Lucas Encounters: Heat Of The Moment" has several vignettes, each directed by someone different. Director Chi Chi La Rue insists on shooting scenes with condom usage (he even left Vivid Video because they started shooting condom-optional scenes), and so his directed scene might include condom usage, even though another scene in the same movie, with the same actor, might be condomless, because another director didn't insist on it.
