Do you want "good" or do you want "cheap"?
Any ukulele you find for $75 or less will be little more than a toy, not worth wasting your money on.
Expect a decent beginner uke to cost about as much as a decent beginner guitar -- between $200 - $300 and up. REALLY nice, professional level instruments can cost $1,000 or more.

Miz,
Yes, you can find a decent one for learning for about $23 at http://empire-music.com/Canada/English/ViewCategor... Even pick out your favorite color.
For a better one try a Lanikai LU-21 or 21C from http://www.musiciansfriend.com/navigation?q=ukulel... Both are excellent ukuleles that'll last a while.
Have fun,

In the General stores in Hawaii. Also look at amazon.com. I have one but it was a birthday present.

i would say pry one off a near-dead hawaiian, but that's be very un "pc" of me and i'd have no idea how much he'd want for it.
