I know of a case where two people loved each others unconditionally and agreed to continue and later on this got revealed. A GD was lodged (Not the FIR that is lodging case), just in case that would be required in the court, if those two eloped any further...lol.

Btw, it was not a matter of 'habitual offender’; rather both the parties were implicated for 'stealing' each other's hearts by their guardians. And of course, the accusation was heavily directed at the male participant of the love affair.

Hope I could have answered your question in right perspective.

In 6th century AD, Saint Tirujnana Sambandhar, in his first verse addressed Lord Shiva as "ULLam kavar kaLvan" =the thief who has stolen the heart.

In modern day Hindi film, the poet saya "chura liya hai jo tumne" ans "jaake kahaan main rapat likhaaoon", the latter one alluding to an FIR.

Through the times, in sublime, entertaining, hilarious or ridiculous circumstances, as the case may be, 'the 'first' statement is made to the 'stealer' and not to any State agency whose jurisdiction is not attracted for want of any statute governing the circumstance.

Poesy however has answered the question in the affirmative.

Yes, but this FIR has to be lodged with the thief and not police. Thief will either surrender or return the stolen goods.

If your are concerned about hairballs put a dab of vaseline on her paw. She will lick it off and it will lubricate her. It works great. Laxatone also works well for hairballs.
