How long will it take the "rich" to leave the U.S.?

With the dems wanting to pay for their health care plan with taxes collected from the rich, how long will it take for the "rich" to leave the U.S. or for the rich to stop doing thing that make money? How long will it take for the requirements of being rich according to the government be lowered when they do not collect enough money?

Update:

I love when a lib makes a point by calling names. Trailer trash... huh... yet when it fits your argument conservatives are stingy rich white people... it is no wonder your party is destroying the U.S. it is filled with morons!

The rich will not be leaving. The proposed tax on the rich is just propaganda. We are the ones that will make all the sacrifices and do all the suffering. When the new world order becomes an active entity the rich will need an abundant supply of the poor.

The shortest amount of time is generally 6 weeks here in the US, but it could be longer depending on your circumstances. There is no standard maternity leave when it comes to taking time off from school. When you're an adult and have a job, there are laws which can sometimes apply which give you up to 3 months, and in some countries you get a full year off.

There is a group that is growing. A group of rich who control 80% of the jobs. Of course the poor and some middle class will tell you they control the jobs. But that group is moving jobs to Mexico or they are firing liberals and replacing them with conservatives in an incredible way so as not to get attention. I flew to one of the meetings. The group started with 2 in Feb and today is over 4000. The libs have no clue why the unemployment keeps rising. As usual they blame it on George Washington LOL But it is all about taxes and the coming inflation that is going to cripple the poor.

The real money, the elite families that is, I predict will be continuing to leave the country in the next 20 years starting from 30 years ago, when they began leaving.

the other people with money under them--the brains, the corporations and shareholders will leave within the next 50 years,

after that, the others under them the small time millionaires will have drained their money through death, inheritence and taxation and financial failures of dog treading water in a no-where economy and worthless property.

When the money has left, and the general public is unemployed and too poor to prop the upper classes up, property becomes worthless. When that happens, there is no choice but to abandon it all.

It's called the 'Brain Drain' and it will happen in the near future where companies will relocate to countries with lower corporate taxes.

Even Sweden a notoriously Socialist country saw the folly in raising taxes and now has one of the lowest Corporate Tax rates in Europe.

back in the 1920s when the income tax was first introduced, nearly 100,000 Americans--mostly wealthy--fled the nation. Most went to Australia. Google it and read up on it. America is now the nation of minorities. Minorities want handouts. That's the way it's going to be from now on. Move to Australia. With the exception of being bland, it's like the US used to be.

They won't be leaving.. They will realize that other industrialized democracies have higher tax rates, and that, no matter what, they'll still end up with a lot more money than anyone else if they stay here. Nothing the government is suggesting will transform the rich into the poor. They'll just be slightly less rich. If they can't live with that, I have no sympathy for them.

The Swiss banks are looking more and more attractive now that the Swiss government told One Term Barry and the IRS to go screw.

I hope I can go with them. This country is the only country in the entire world that punishes people for working hard and being successful, while rewarding lazy gov. teat suckers who think they are "entitled" to everything while contributing nothing.
