The upper dells boat tour is much more interesting than the lower dells tour. On the upper dells tour, you'll see many scenic rock formations and stop at Witches Gulch and Stand Rock. Witches Gulch has many passageways to explore. At Stand Rock, they have trained jumping dogs jump from the rock.

As for the lower dells boat tour, it's more about history and the guides talk about logging and a ghost tour. The scenery isn't as spectacular on this tour.
