Common names, or unique names?

Do you like common names more than unique names, or vice-versa?

I like names that are kind of unique. I don't want to have a child that grows up with 5 others by that name in her elementary school class. At the same time, I hate names that are too unique. Names that can't be pronounced are just difficult and a bother. I love the names Daisy, Lyla, Shay, Dane, and Owen. Simple and nice, but not so unique that everyone has them.

I like common and unique names.

    Example:

I love the name Lily Grace for a girl and at the same time I like Kasiah (kuh sy uh) for a girl. I like all sorts of names.

I like unique names more than common names - i dont like trendy b/c i dont want my kids to be 1 of 10 all the time but i also like older names that arent used alot so they are kid of unique like Lincoln or Oliver or mix them like William Asher or something - nothing crazy

I like unique names, but not so unique that it's hard to pronounce right.

I think it's cruel to give a child a name that no one can pronounce just so they stand out. I prefer common names. A unique name is fine for middle names etc but you have to think about if the name is going to suit the child as an adult in a professional environment etc.
