Is it Ilegal to have a curse word in your name?

For example: If I were to change my name to Jane Doe-**** Yeah, would I be able to? I know certain countries are stepping in on stupid names, but if Jermaine Jackson can name his kid Jermajesty why can't I change my name to **** Yeah?

Your name (nor a legal name change) cannot include profanity, at least not in the US. Any court/judge would rule the use of profanity in a name would be obscene and offensive and not protected by the 1st Amendment/freedom of speech.
