Yes, Quincy did produce both "Off the Wall" and "Thriller" as well as "We Are the World", but he also produced "Bad" (and no doubt was instrumental in having Jimmy Smith play the organ solo on the title track).

yeah he did. thriller, off the wall and bad. and if we are honest i think we will find that quincy is the genius and michael is just a song and dance man.

if you are wanting some good quincy albums to try out from the standpoint of a michael jackson fan, "the dude" is probably the closest to what he did for MJ, but i think "smackwater jack" is a much better album that sort of previews the pop-dance-soul sound he found later with MJ.

Thriller as well as the USA For Africa "We Are the World" project, in which Jackson took a huge part developing and writing.

Er, no he did no longer rape MJ. XD Quincy advised MJ to no longer launch the mystery album, by using fact the music industry had hit a low and it can be a mistake to launch a sparkling album now. Fortunatly, MJ seen it, then did his very own factor and released mystery. It went directly to sell 50 million copies worldwide-huge.
