Why did this Journalist File Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder?

Because they are guilty, and have been in the planning stages of genocide for a very long time now. The WhO, and the UN are all a part of the New World Order, which is bankrupting all of the most propserous nations in the world, including us, so they can take us over. Part of their plan is to kill off at least 50% of the worlds population, and keep the rest as "slaves"(economic) to keep things going, while the elite live a grand life, in charge of everything, and all.
Sounds farfetched, I know, but unfortunately, very true:
As we reported yesterday, Baxter International confirmed over the weekend that it is working with the World Health Organization on a potential vaccine to curb the deadly swine flu virus that is blamed for scores of deaths in Mexico and has emerged as a threat in the U.S., reports the Chicago Tribune.
As reported by multiple sources last month, including the Times of India, vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus were distributed to 18 countries last December by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.
Since the probability of mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible, this leaves no other explanation than that the contamination was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.Source(s): http://hnn.us/articles/1796.html http://www.waragainsttheweak.com/ http://www.all.org/abac/eugenics.htm http://www.geneticsandsociety.org/article.php?id=2... http://www.infowars.com/ http://www.infowars.com/the-population-reduction-a... http://www.infowars.com/obama-depopulation-policy-...

Even the most skeptical people will need to consider the safety of vaccinations given the use of chemicals such as mercury that have been used. Our law makers have given companies a free pass to create dangerous vaccines with no consequences. The media negates information about the dangerous additives in our food, drink, and even air we breathe. Even if you trust the ruling elite, the actions of the US government does not show one iota of compassion for the average citizen.
Control of the media by the ruling elite is unquestionable. See Noam Chomsky for the background on this. It's also clear that big businesses commit egregious and inhumane acts. Risky behavior is rewarded by a government that bails out institutions that should fail.
The WHO and UN have a record of rewarding the business community and allowing an increased rate of starvation after a country receives foreign aid. It's not too much of a stretch then, to believe murders may be committed in a more direct way.
WHO has a proven itself to be a misnomer.

What is it people have against vaccines these days?
Vaccination is an old, proven, technique that has virtually erradicated many formerly deadly diseases. Flu vaccines have been around half a century, and are not particularly difficult or expensive to produce (it's just hard to decide which flu strains to include in annual vaccines meant to provide near-complete protection.
The danger of an influenza pandemic is a strain that is entering the human population for the first time - such a strain is initially deadly. A very specific vaccine, one capable of providing near complete protection is not required, any 'avian flu' vaccine, would provide enough protection to save millions of lives.
It is absurd and scandalous that such a vaccine - for avian and 'swine' flus - hasn't been broadly available for years. The protection afforded wouldn't keep people from getting sick, and thus wouldn't prevent a pandemic, but it would make the difference between a pandemic that kills like an ordinary flu season, and one that kills tens of millions, like the Spanish Flu did.
