I had dry roasted almonds, dry roasted pecans, and dry roasted cashews on hand. I mixed those three nuts together with the dry roasted Edamame to have as a snack. I really liked the Edamame that way. Eaten with the other nuts, they kind of take on the flavor of the other nuts, but still are delightfully crunchy.
Since nuts in general can be kind of a budget-buster, I recommend dry roasted Edamame as a great way to make nuts last little longer and make your nut snacks a little lower in fat and higher in protein.
