Who are the Top 3 Dirtiest National Teams?

Here's my list and reason's why

#1. Portugal (2006 v. Netherlands and 2002 v. USA) + Ronaldo

#2. Brazil (1994 Leonardo's elbow of Tab Ramos)

#3. Italy (yes, for de Rossi's elbow of McBride) + Materazzi, Gattuso, and a littany of other thugs.

Update:

Marco, the 'best' should not resort to dirty tactics, its simple.

Update 2:

#4 Mexico (anytime v. USA) thanks Marco

#5 S. Korea (can they defend w/o holding and shirt tugging) no 2002 v. USA

Update 3:

no, R10, I am not, did you notice the Brazilian that moved the ball 10yds closer to goal on the first goal v. USA? just one example, sure they are talented, but they also cheat.

1 is no doubt Portugal. Their fans are pretty bad too....don't come close to questioning a Porto player around them....they are like crips or bloods...all the Portos will jump you. They are proud of that crip like behaviour too. I have heard numerous Portos in the Bay Area proudly talk about ganging up on people who said something about one of their players.

I find it funny you take incidents vs your national team so seriously that you will dislike that NT from then on.

Players make mistakes just like single individuals do. De Rossi and Leonardo for example made ONE mistake in their elbowing but as they happen to be vs the US you think their NTs are amongst the dirtiest in the world.

Though I know it's a personal dislike I find it a little silly, no offense =)

Edit: it's true El Gato. De Rossi was an ****** for what he did. But one can prolly find fouls AS dirty from every NT... I'm surprised you don't mention Mexico. If a team has ever been rough and dirty to the US Mexico has been it constantly rather than one/off...

its a shame that its just the few players who cause the whole team to be so disgraced

    portugal because of ronaldo

    and italy because of materazzi

my answer is a little long but i think it is interesting:

#1.i am a fan of barca but :barcelona(2009 v. chelsea)

#2. it is very interesting, in the qualifiers matches of wc2002 our national team (iran) had a match with bahrain, if iran won that match we could go to wc2002, buT bahrain was deleted sooner.if we loose that match saudi arabia went to wc2002.but bahrain DEFEAT us and the players of bahrain round around the match field with flag of saudi arabia! and kissed flag of saudi arabi!!!!
