    This is a guy telling a girl "I will always be waiting for you."

    boku = I (masculine)

    wa = just a topic marking particle

    itsumo = always

    kimi = you (informal)

    wo = direct object particle

    matteru/ matteiru = waiting

    Woodrow the Basehead has given the answer.

    So I want to add some extra information.

    "Boku wa itsumo KOKODE kimi wo matteru"

    is often used. KOKODE means here.

    So the sentence says "I'm always waiting here for you.", which means "If you come here, you can see me any time."

    Possibly this might be ""Boku wa itsumo kimi wo maMOtteru", which means "I'll protect you all the time."

    Boku wa = I

    Itsumo = all the time/ anytime.

    Kimi = you

    wo is just a marker, I think...

    Matteru, I'm not sure.

    Sorry I couldn't help more. D:

    "I am always waiting for you," or "I will wait for you forever."

    The piece that John Lennon was missing was "matteiru" which is from the verb matsu, which means "to wait." "-te iru" is the present continuous form.

    Ahh, Japanese drama. Sounds like its time for the girl to get a restraining order.
