Dresses for Work, Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft?

Which store has dresses that are more suited for a professional work environment? Ann Taylor or Ann Taylor Loft? I'm 36, hourglass shaped but heavy on the hips, and tend toward V-necks and fuller skirts. I want to look attractive but since I'm a female manager I can't look too sexy.

I love their dresses, but I'm not sure which are best for work. What do you think? Please reply with links to the dresses you think are appropriate:

definitely Ann Taylor...AT Loft is more casual and summery. however, some of the dresses in Ann Taylor aren't good for business, either. these are perfect:

--i'm not sure about the sleeveless one...i think you might have to wear a cardigan or jacket over it...

Ann Taylor is better for work attire...but it's also more expensive.

Just dress as if you were going to hang out woith friends..dress normal but not flashy.
