    hello friends........gini km datang ajach k tempat fitness d sana km pasti d ajari bgaimana caranya mengencangkan paha-pantat........kalau menurut gue sich km olah rga lari and treadmill yg ada d tmpat fitness......^_~,try you can do it.......good luck my friends
