Stand up, with your feet together, and touch your toes. If you can touch your toes, try to get your head to touch your knees.
Do a lunge. This means your put one leg forward, bent at 90 degrees, and stretch the other one straight back.
Do a straddle stretch. Sit on the ground, with your legs out to the sides of you as far back as they will go. Stretch forward as far as you can go, trying to get your belly button to touch the ground. Keep your knees toward the ceiling.
Do the splits. Get as close to the ground as you can get without hurting yourself.
Do a butterfly stretch. Bring your heels together with your knees sticking out sideways. Try to touch your head to your toes.
Do these stretches everyday or as often as possible. Don't overdo it or force anything!!! If you do these right you will be flexible in no time!
