what do the proctors look at in your calculator before an act test?

    When I took it, they don't look at anything IN your calculator, but just that it is an acceptable calculator for the test. For example, you can't use the TI-89, and some Casio models. This link is for which calculators are allowed and which aren't:

    They do not, but if you are caught cheating somehow your test is cancelled and I think they document it.
