I think that you would not be eating anything if you were anorexic.
What you do eat isn't terribly unhealthy.
But the problem is, where are you going to get enough nutrients to support your body's health, if you don't eat more food?
You need things like vegetables and leafy greens to get enough vitamins and minerals.
You need more protein.
You need grains for Vitamin E.
Study up on nutrition -- there are a lot of good books on it around, and at the libraries -- and see what foods contain what nutrients so you know what to eat.
If you aren't getting enough nutrients, you will get weak and tired, and have various aches and pains.
Personally, I am a vegan, that is, I don't eat any animal products, including no cow dairy products (so I would recommend soy yogurt, soy cheese, and organic fruits and veggies).
But just in case you are becoming anorexic, here's a brief definition of it: is when someone is overly concerned with being thinner, even when they are not overweight, and they end up stopping eating entirely out of a deluded fear that they will gain weight if they eat anything. The cause of this has been determined to be always needing to look and be perfect in every way, that is, not being gentle and loving with yourself when you are not perfect or make mistakes. The other cause of it is believing in the false idea that no one could love you or like you because of your appearance or weight. This is an illusion. People do not fall in love with each other's appearance, they fall in love with the person, who they are.
