After washing, make your hair into even sections, as many as you want depending on how you want it to look, twist them up super tight and pin them in place, wait for them to dry/sleep with them in and this acheives a kind of beachy look. Alternativley you could use rag rollers or those bendy ones.My last suggestion is the wash your hair and put it into plaits, again, more or less depending on how wavy you want your hair and leave it to dry/sleep with them in. You can do this to your extensions too, that would look really cute!

as for your bangs.....
Do them DRY not wet! If you cut them wet, they will dry and the roots will lift, leaving the bangs shorter than you wanted.
If you've have bangs already (grown out), sweep them(or what used to be them) to the side so that you have the parting you want and trim them slowly, taking off a centimetre at a time until your happy.
If you've never had them, take a section of hair from the front, the part that you want to be your bangs and tie the rest of your hair back. Start by making a parting then trim them until they look right. Scissors are neater but a razor will add more texture to your hair.
