you don't say what kind of infections you are getting. But lets address one possible and that would be yeast....
You need to change behavioral patterns... NO tub baths, seriously, when you sit in a tub of nice warm soapy water, you are also sitting a soup of bacteria that has come off your body, not to mention the bacteria that is all over the bath tub, and the nice warm water gives those bacteria perfect access to your vagina and your urethra leaving you open to vaginal and bladder infections. Always take showers.
If you are sexually active: ALWAYS urinate immediately after sex and wipe front to back.
NEVER use a douche without a doctor's order. Do not use strongly scented soaps to wash "down there". Wear cotton underwear, not synthetic, and change your underwear daily. Cut way back on your sugar consumption. If you use sex toys, make sure they are clean before you use them. If you indulge in oral sex, make sure your partner brushes his teeth and uses mouthwash before he performs on you. Do not wear tight fitting pants for more than four hours at a time and change underwear when you change your pants. Repeated vaginal or urinary tract infections are most often the result of ignoring these basic self care rules.
