Learners Permit in Ohio?
I will be turning 15 and a half in August and I want to start studying for my learners permit exam. I was wondering where I can find a booklet that goes over all of the rules and guidelines that are going to be asked on the Permit Exam. I also live in Ohio, if that helps.

How to get a license in Ohio:
Written test for permit: http://bmv.ohio.gov/driver_license/written_exam.ht...
You will need to know the information in the Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws: http://bmv.ohio.gov/driver_license/mvdigest.htm
and also be familiar with the Responsible Driver Handbook: http://publicsafety.ohio.gov/links/HSY7508.pdf

Study the Ohio Digest of Motor Vehicle Laws front to back. http://bmv.ohio.gov/driver_license/mvdigest.htm
Anything from the book can be asked on the test. Anything from what a red octagon means to what the procedure is if you hit a deer.
You'll need a certified copy of your birth certificate, Social Security card and parental permission to get a permit.
The test is on computer and there is a skip button. If you are unsure of the answer, you can use the button and it doesn't count against you. You need 75% on the test to pass and the computer ends the test once you have answered enough questions correctly to pass.

You are allowed to retake the test in 24 hours for the learners permit, it will be the same test. Make sure you study the points system that is what trips most people up.
