    has a USDA commander and chief . The president of the

    USDA is Tom Vilsack. He is the 30th man appointed to this

    position on Jan. 21 2009 . Information can be found on any

    i does not donate funds to the HSUS . They help MSN, BSL, and a great variety of different terrible issues. Plus the money infrequently ever is going to assisting the animals. The Vick canines, a great variety of individuals donated to the HSUS to help the Vick canines and all the HSUS did became into attempt to get the canines KILLED.
