Attempt to take pictures of buildings between Old Scotland Yard and Piccadilly Circus - it will start off as fun, until the CO19 herd you into black marias, with the odd baton crashing on one of your heads. Welcome to London...

It all depends what you're into and if you have done the tourist bits of London...

If you have not do some sight seeing:

The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and on Horse Guards Parade; Buckingham Palace; Houses of Parliament and Big Ben; London Bridge and nearby Tower of London; and British Museum.

I would also suggest having a lazy time in one of the many parks or along south bank.. If you have a chance visit Kew Gardens.

For shopping I would suggest Camden, Covent Garden or (if you are game to hit the busy street..) Oxford Street.

There are lots of bars and clubs in London.. the main spots are Soho and Covent Garden, but you can't go wrong anywhere really! I love this place:

For something different go to a comdy club first:

From the current Coca-Cola London Eye to the ancient Tower of London, London has much to offer, see more with Hotelbye . In London you will even discover the world-famous British Museum. British Museum reveals the performs of man from prehistoric to contemporary times, from around the world. Shows are the Rosetta Stone, the Parthenon statues and the mummies in the Ancient Egypt collection. Another destination for a see in London is the London's National Gallery, a huge space filled up with Western European paintings from the 13th to the 19th centuries. In that gallery you will see works by experts such as for instance Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Botticelli, Constable, Renoir, Titian and Stubbs. London is just a place where you are able to see the past and the more in the exact same place.

For saturday afternoon why not have a day at the races. It's Derby Day at Epsom Downs. Just take the train to Tattenham Corner and stroll across the downs.

The first race is about 1pm. As the Derby course is on Common Land there is no charge for admission.

There are plenty of extra trains to get you there and back. The trains depart from London Bridge Station

Visit the Tower of London and Crown Jewels. The British Muesum and the Victoria and Albert Museum are both wonderful. The London Dungeon is worth a look if you are not too faint-hearted! The Planetarium in Baker Street or the Aquarium in the old County Hall Building. The list could go on and on.

London has a lot of great history, so taking a tour would be a great way to spend some time. The Free and Easy Beatles and Liverpool Tour is a fun tour that will take you to the Beatles' favorite spots where they first began recording and performing. You can find more details here:

Otherwise, London has a lot of other great tours and activities, and you could even take a day trip to Paris if you wanted. You can get more ideas here:

    Hope this helps! Safe travels!
