I'm also 13 and we're not doing anything this summer so my parents felt my pain and pre-ordered the sims 3 for me.

If you haven't played sims before it's really fun and easy to learn.

There's the pool, mall, water parks, theme parks (if you have them), going with a bunch of friends to the park to have a picnic, water balloon fights, etc. Does any of that help?
