1. Increase your water intake to no less than 8, no more than 11 eight-ounce glasses a day. NOT TOO MUCH.
This will help flush toxins, keep you feeling full, hydrate your skin and organs, and keep your mouth occupied drinking water all day... Flavor it with sugar free koolaid, welches, lipton's etc. if you don't like drinking water. They even make some that carbonate your drink...
2. Reduce your caloric intake to 900-1100 calories a day. The EASIEST and HEALTHIEST way to do this is:
3. Go to your local supermarket, go into the Frozen Foods aisle, and go to the Healthy Choice, and Lean Cuisine sections. Pick out 21 meals, your choice, so long as none of them are OVER 300 calories. The lower the better. These are nutritional, fairly filling, and fairly tasty meals that ALL you have to do is heat and eat. 21 will fill your freezer, but will provide you with 3 meals a day, less than 1000 calories, but tasty enough to see you through. Otherwise, write down the calorie count of everything you put into your mouth. If you don't know the calories, you can't eat it. Period. It's only 2 weeks, you'll live.
4. Get a step counting pedometer. Distance doesn't matter. STEP COUNT does. You have to, absolutely, positively NEED to walk NO LESS than 10,000 steps each and every day. (this is equivalent to about 4.5 miles). Even if you just step in place.
If you can use any of your exercise equipment for 30 minutes EVERY DAY (no days off), you will accelerate your weight loss.
If you have ANY type of health issue, use common sense. Don't force your body into anything extremely different or stressful without the guidance of your doctor.
The water will help with the willpower.
The ready to eat meals will help with the hassle of dieting.
The walking will increase your metabolism and endurance, without undue stress on your body (except possibly your knees).
