Why in the State of Alabama, Mobile County....is there one traffic ticket price for Mexicans (very high), and?

another for everyone else, even though a standard pricing is listed on the back of the ticket? Is that legal?

Didn't Alabama recently have a guy nearly win the state's attorney general's office by saying he would shoot all Mexicans on sight?

Sigh, at least they keep us from looking too foolish here in Mississippi.

The price for the violation is usually the same for everyone, regardless of their country of nationality. However, if you go to court your fine will depend on the judge. The judge will decide on a penalty based on your driving history, general attitude, etc. There is nothing illegal about fining people different amounts if it is based on criteria that I mentioned.

You do not support your claim with any sort of proof.

Perhaps it is some sort of tax for all the illegal aliens that come into our country from Mexico. We need to finance them somehow.
