Cake in Microwave is the easiest thing I have ever cooked.

    Take 1 cup flour,

    1 cup powder sugar,

    2 eggs

1/2 cup oil (refined) or 1/2 cup cream

1 Teaspoon Essence ( Vanilla, Orange, Pin apple..)

    1 Table spoon Custard Powder.

    1/2 teaspoon Baking powder.

Mix Flour, Custard, baking powder well,

    Beat sugar & oil thoroughly.

Beat Eggs well and mix with sugar mixture.

Now add slowly the dry mixture,

add essance and put it in agreesed plastic pot (micro wave proof).

Microwave for 5 minutes at full heat.

let it ther for 5 minutes more,

Take it out - cool it - cut it and keep it in Refrigerator.

Because Cakes are always taste good after cooling.
