Take the 7 train to Grand Central-42nd. Go upstairs and take the downtown 4 or 5 train to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. At Brooklyn Bridge use the main exit. Follow the signs to Chambers Street. Take Chambers Street to Broadway. At Broadway make a right. Walk for about three blocks. On the right side you'll see this large, funny looking building and a bunch of security guards. You can't miss it.
